What has been your favorite high school memory?

Summer Bridge was really a core memory for me. It was really fun and did a good job preparing me for what I would face.

What is one thing that you will for sure be taking from here to your dorm room?

A Tongan flag! My nationality, my ethnicity is something big that I value. So the Tongan flag, just like representing and really remembering who I am and where I’m really from.

What is your favorite kind of music?

Reggae I feel really resonates with me just because it’s really island culture. Which is what I am. But R&B and soul, I always resort to that as well for comfort music, because that’s just what I grew up on.

Where will you go to college?

San Jose State University, majoring in Recreational Therapy.

Any last words for Eastside?

Set yourself up for your future. Your future is very important. I feel like my time here I was really focused on like my present and not worrying about my future at all. I feel like habits like my procrastination set me off for a lot of things that I could have done better. Students that are still in high school should try not to mess around. It all depends on you, so you just have to take action for the things you really want.
